肥田煤矿综采工作面设备回收工艺运用

摘要: 为研究综采工作面开采后设备回收流程及工艺运用,以肥田煤矿111601 综采工作面为 背景,分析了设备的回收流程及回收过程中相关设备的参数选择。针对矿井实际情况制定了科学准 确的回收方案,确定由运输顺槽与回风顺槽2 条路线运出综采设备;通过理论计算与现场实测的方式 确定了绞车牵引液压支架个数,并在回收过程中对顶板、瓦斯进行规范管理;针对采面不同顶板条件 设计了不同的顶板支护方案,总结出了回收过程中的安全技术。

Abstract: In order to study the equipment recovery process and process application after mining in fully mechanized mining face,taking 111601 fully mechanized mining face of Feitian Coal Mine as the background,the equipment recovery process and the parameter selection of related equipment in the recovery process are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the mine,a scientific and accurate recovery scheme was formulated,and the fully mechanized mining equipment was determined to be transported from the two routes of the transportation gateway and the return air gateway. Through theoretical calculation and field measurement,the number of winch traction hydraulic support is determined,and the roof and gas are standardized in the recovery process. Different roof support schemes are designed for different roof conditions of the mining face,and the safety technology in the recovery process is summarized.
