摘要: 针对铁尾矿大量堆积不仅占用土地资源,还造成生态环境危害问题,将铁尾矿作为 二次资源,利用铁尾矿制备高附加值材料,从而赋予产品以更大的市场半径和利用价值,实现资源 化利用是目前处理铁尾矿的总体思路。从阐述铁尾矿组分出发,综述了目前铁尾矿高值化应用的 主要方法,总结了铁尾矿在有价组分回收、制作陶瓷、制作多孔材料、制作保温墙体材料及其他功 能材料等高值应用方面的研究进展及高值化利用过程中存在的问题。最后提出了铁尾矿高值化 利用的挑战,并对未来铁尾矿的高值化利用方向进行了展望。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the massive accumulation of iron tailings not only occupies land,but also causes harm to ecological environment,the general idea to realize the utilization of iron tail⁃ ings is to take iron tailings as secondary resources,use iron tailings to prepare high value-added materi⁃ als,so as to give products with larger market radius and utilization value. Based on the description of iron tailings components,the main methods of high-value utilization of iron tailings are reviewed,and the re⁃ search progress of high-value ultilization of iron tailings in valuable components recovery,ceramics prepa⁃ ration,porous materials preparation,insulation wall materials preparation and other functional materials are summarized,as well as the problems existing in the process of high-value utilization. Finally,the chal⁃ lenges of high-value utilization of iron tailings are put forward,and the direction of high value utilization of iron tailings in the future is prospected.
