攀枝花太阳湾钒钛磁铁矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of Panzhihua Taiyangwan Vanadium-titanium Magnetite Ores

摘要: 攀钢朱兰采场经数十年的开采,产能逐步衰减。为了确保攀枝花本部矿区的可持续 发展,对朱兰采场北延矿体——太阳湾矿段的类似矿石开发利用工艺进行了试验研究。结果表 明,矿石TFe、TiO2、V2O5品位分别为21.49%、10.54%、0.17%,属高硫、酸性、低铁高钛型原生钒钛磁 铁矿石;矿石经两阶段磨矿弱磁选,可获得产率为18.56%、TFe 品位为54.06%、TiO2品位为11.66%、 TFe 回收率为46.69% 的铁精矿;弱磁选铁尾矿经过两段强磁选+浮选流程处理,可获得产率为 9.54%、TiO2品位为47.00%、TiO2回收率为42.54%的钛精矿;太阳湾钒钛磁铁矿石具有较高的开发 利用价值,开发利用太阳湾矿石资源可以提高攀枝花本部资源的保障能力,延长矿山的稳产服务 年限。

Abstract: After decades of mining in Zhulan stope of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group,the produc⁃ tion capacity is gradually declining. In order to ensure the sustainable development of Panzhihua's main mining area,the development and utilization technology of similar ores in the north extension ore body of Zhulan stope—Taiyangwan ore section was tested and studied. The results showed that the TFe,TiO2 and V2O5 grades of the ore are 21.49%,10.54% and 0.17% respectively,which belongs to high sulfur,acidic, low iron and high titanium type primary vanadium-titanium magnetite ores. After two-stage grinding and low-intensity magnetic separation,iron concentrate with yield of 18.56%,TFe grade of 54.06%,TiO2 grade of 11.66% and TFe recovery rate of 46.69% could be obtained. After two-stage high-intensity mag⁃ netic separation + flotation processing for tailings from low-intensity magnetic separation,titanium concen⁃ trate with yield of 9.54%,TiO2 grade of 47.00% and TiO2 recovery rate of 42.54% could be obtained. Tai⁃ yangwan vanadium-titanium magnetite ore has high development and utilization value. The development and utilization of Taiyangwan ore resources can improve the resource support capacity of Panzhihua head⁃ quarters and extend the stable production service life of the mine.
