塔磨机制备超细颗粒混合材料的探索试验

摘要: 塔磨机是一种立式搅拌粉碎设备,具有能耗低、效率高的特点,在各类材料粉碎工艺 中广泛应用,可以制得平均粒径小于1 μm的超细颗粒。通过塔磨机粉碎超细混合材料试验,探索 了粉碎时间对产品颗粒特性的影响,分析了混合材料在压制成型工序产生缺陷的影响;认为塔磨 机在制备超细颗粒混合材料时,需充分考虑各种材料的物理特性差异;通过减少设备粉碎的“死 区”和控制粉碎时间可以降低混合材料的粒度分布跨度,提高产品脱水压制成型的合格率。

Abstract: Tower mill is a vertical mixing and crushing equipment,which has the characteristics of low energy consumption and high efficiency. It is widely used in the crushing process of various materials, and ultrafine particles whose the average particle size is less than 1 μm can be prepared by the equipment. Through the experiment of crushing ultra-fine mixed materials by tower mill,the influence of crushing time on the particle characteristics of products was explored,and the influencing of defects of mixed materi⁃ als generated in the compression molding process were analyzed. It is considered that when preparing ultrafine mixed materials by tower mill,the differences of physical properties of various materials should be ful⁃ ly considered. The particle size distribution span of mixed materials would be reduced by reducing the "dead zone" of equipment crushing and controlling the crushing time,so as to improve the qualified rate of products in dehydration pressing molding stage.
