露天台阶爆破开挖合理超深研究

摘要: 合理的超深可以有效避免根底,改善爆破效果。为了研究超深对爆破效果的影响机 理以及台阶开挖爆破合理的超深取值,基于某负挖工程实况,通过ANSYS 有限元软件建立露天台 阶三维模型,再利用LS-DYNA后处理软件模拟台阶开挖爆破的应力场分布规律,根据数值模拟所 获取的有效应力时程曲线和损伤图,探究多因素联合作用下露天台阶开挖爆破的合理超深,并甄 选出适用于该工程的最优爆破参数方案。最终选定孔网参数为2.5 m×2 m、孔径90 mm和无超深 时,该爆破工程效果最佳。

Abstract: Reasonable over-depth can effectively avoid the bedrock and improve the blasting effect. In order to study the influence mechanism of over-depth on blasting effect and the reasonable over-depth value of bench excavation blasting,based on the actual situation of a negative excavation project,the three-dimensional model of open-pit bench was established by ANSYS finite element software,and the stress field distribution law of bench excavation blasting was simulated by LS-DYNA post-processing soft⁃ ware. According to the effective stress time-history curve and damage diagram obtained by numerical simu⁃ lation,the reasonable over-depth of open-pit bench excavation blasting under the combined action of mul⁃ tiple factors was explored,and the optimal blasting parameter scheme suitable for the project was selected. Finally,the blasting engineering effect is the best when the hole network parameter is 2.5 m × 2 m,the ap⁃ erture is 90 mm and there is no over-depth.
