Abstract: Due to the particularity of mine construction projects，compared with the construction in⁃ dustry，its project cost control management is at a low level. The whole process of mine construction project is divided into four stages : decision-making，design，bidding and construction. According to the character⁃ istics of each stage，the control method of project cost is studied. The study suggests that in the decisionmaking stage，enterprises should fully examine the market environment，production scale，and actively co⁃ operate with consulting units to improve the quality of feasibility study and the confidence of project cost. In the design stage，the standard design should be adopted，and the competition mechanism should be intro⁃ duced to improve the design quality. At the same time，the quota design should be vigorously promoted to control the project construction cost from the source. In the bidding stage，enterprises should improve the professional level of project cost personnel and introduce advanced bidding management system. In the con⁃ struction phase，do a good job before，during and after the construction of the three parts of the quality con⁃ trol，standardize the relevant management system，ensure the best interests of enterprises.
