南芬露天矿18 m 台阶爆破质量控制措施

摘要: 南芬露天矿为加快上盘扩帮速度,将12 m 台阶开采变更为18 m。针对爆破中底盘 抬高、爆破产生的根底和大块较多以及爆破的部分岩石向采场内部抛货较多问题展开分析,并提 出控制措施。结果表明,以上问题主要源于炮孔深部乳化炸药爆速降低、12 和18 m台阶整合时出 现抵抗线变大、岩性变化较大以及起爆顺序不合理。通过有针对性地优化爆破设计以及现场管 理,有效提高了爆破质量,并降低了矿山生产成本。

Abstract: Nanfen open-pit coal mine in order to speed up the hanging wall expansion speed,the 12m step mining changed to 18m. In this paper,the problems of site elevation in blasting,more roots and blocks produced in blasting,and more dumping of part of rock into stope are analyzed,and the control mea⁃ sures are put forward. The results show that the above problems are mainly caused by the decrease of deto⁃ nation velocity of deep emulsion explosive,the increase of resistance line,the change of lithology and the unreasonable detonation sequence when the 12 and 18 m steps are integrated. By optimizing blasting design and site management,the blasting quality is effectively improved and the mine production cost is reduced.
