摘要: 随着控制技术的不断提升,掘进机截割控制系统已无法较好地满足当下设备的使用需求,对截割控制系统进行优化改进设计,已成为当下重要的研究方向。重点分析了掘进机的作业环境及截割控制系统要求,开展了截割控制系统的设计研究,并进一步对该系统进行了应用验证,由此验证了该控制系统的运行可靠性,并对提高截割部分及掘进机整机的运转效率及安全性起到了积极的改善作用。也为后期开展掘进机的改进提供了参考。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of control technology,the cutting control system of the roadheader can no longer meet the needs of the current equipment.Optimizing and improving the design of the cutting control system has become an important research direction at present.The working environment of the roadheader and the requirements of the cutting control system are analyzed in detail.The design research of the cutting control system is carried out,and the system is further verified by the application.The operation reliability of the control system is verified,and the operation efficiency and safety of the cutting part and the whole machine of the roadheader have played a positive role in improving.It also provides a reference for the improvement of the roadheader in the later stage.
