非洲某铌钽砂矿综合利用研究

摘要: 为了提高铌钽精矿的质量和品级,针对粗精矿中电气石的比磁化系数和钽铌矿接近,介电常数与锡石相近,后续提纯难以分离的问题,对钽铌粗精矿进行了分级重选—磁选—电选的联合工艺流程试验,研究获得了含Nb2O5 48.595%、Ta2O5 4.468%,回收率Nb2O5为59.03%、Ta2O5为54.37%的铌钽精矿。试验矿物回收率达到国内领先水平,同时其他有用矿物也得到了综合回收利用。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality and grade of tantalumniobium concentrate,for the problem of similar specific magnetic susceptibility between tourmaline and tantalumniobium ore,similar dielectric constant with tin ore,which results in difficulty in subsequent separation process,combined process test of graded gravity separationmagnetic separationelectric separation was carried out.Niobium and tantalum concentrate containing Nb2O5 48.595%,Ta2O5 4.468% and recovery rates of Nb2O5 59.03% and Ta2O5 5734% were obtained.Through experiments,the mineral recovery rate has reached the domestic leading level,and other useful minerals have also been comprehensively recycled.
