全程筛管护孔技术在高位瓦斯抽采钻孔中的应用

摘要: 大水头煤矿属高瓦斯突出矿井,为“三软”厚煤层,东106工作面受断层牵引带影响,地应力叠加区域,瓦斯及矿山压力大。通过分析工作面推进度与采空区冒落带、裂隙带、弯曲下沉带的关系,合理设计了高位抽采钻孔。根据综放工作面周期来压对高位钻孔的影响,采用全程筛管护孔技术使钻孔得到有效支护,避免了塌孔现象的发生,保证了高位抽采钻孔的有效搭接,瓦斯治理效果、成本、施工效率等方面均优于传统抽采钻孔,在煤矿瓦斯治理方面有一定的推广意义。

Abstract: Dashuitou Coal Mine is an outburst coal mine with highlylocated gas in "triosoft (soft roof,soft floor and soft coal quality) thick seams.The East 106 working face was subject to the influence of the fault belt and was in an area of overlaying crustal stress,therefore under huge gas and mine ground pressure.By analyzing the relationship between working face progress and the caving zone,fraction zone and curve subsidence zone in the goaf,the author developed a reasonable design of the highlylocated gas drainage drill holes and employed wholeprocess screen pipe hole protection based on the effect of the periodic weighting of the fully mechanized caving face on highlylocated boreholes so as to avoid hole collapsing and to guarantee the effective lapping of highlylocated gas drainage boreholes.The above study results is of great significance to the spread of the method with better gas controlling effect,costs,operating efficiency,etc.than traditional drainage boreholes in gas control in coal mines.
