摘要: 非洲某钴镍砷化矿含镍3.05%、含钴0.23%,在完成矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,针对性地拟定了跳汰重选—浮选的试验原则流程,试验研究表明,该镍钴矿经过跳汰预抛尾、1粗3扫2精、中矿顺序返回浮选,可以获得镍品位为26.44%、钴品位为1.54%、镍回收率88.53%、钴回收率75.87%的镍钴综合精矿。

Abstract: A cobalt nickel arsenic ore in Africa contains nickel 3.05% and cobalt 0.23%, on the basis of ore technology mineralogy research compeletion, test principle process of jigging gravity separation-flotation was drafted pointed, experimental study indicated, through jigging pre-discarding tailings, one time roughing three times scavenging twice regrade, middling order return flotation, this nickel cobalt ore could got the nickel cobalt comprehensive concentrate with nickel grade 26.44%,cobalt grade 154%,nickel recovery rate 88.53%,cobalt recovery rate 75.87%.
