    Design and Numerical Simulation of Safety Raw Pillar Replace with Backfill Body  in Open-pit and Underground Combined Mining

    In order to mining the safety pillar of open-pit and underground combined mining, the technology of raw pillar replace with backfill body is put forward. The mixing proportion is designed and reinforcement computation is done, then,the scheme is be finite element numerical simulated by using the GeoFBA software, so as to analysis the law of maximum principal stree and maximum shearing stree in the process of replacement is analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that, the maximum principal stress acted on backfill body after replacement decrease obviously, only 17 kPa. The shearing stress on the bottom of surface disappeared immediately after replacement, and the maximum shearing stress concentrate phenomenon eliminate when backfilled with barren rock, so, the technology of replace raw pillar with backfill body is a feasible one, there are recyclable resource 0.37 million ton,amount of metal 1.55 ton after the project carried on.

    Lacking of work space is the major difficulty probleme of the mining in thin coal seam.Some relative problems such as high labor intensity, abominable working conditions, more accidents, equipment incompatibility, the higher of input-output ratio, low efficiency and poor economic,more serious problem from insufficient space are appeared in fully mechanized face.The reasonable strenght of supporting roof is determined based on the "limited deformation"theory,and it is applied to thin coal seam N1014 "floor creeping"fully mechanized mining face successfully in Bin Lang coal mine.

    The gas of adjacent layers is migrated to the fully mechanized working face by slit channel.So,it is one of the important elements of transfinite gas in mine.The BP neural network is improved by the genetic algorithm,so as to obtain the prediction model of adjacent layers of gas emisson.According to the degree importance of structure,the grey correlation is adopted to make the prediction results of fully mechanized working face more exact.So,the research results can contribute to the gas controlling in the fully mechanized working face.

    The gas distribution and surge of the goaf and stope can be affected directly by the aire movement rule.The porous media model of goaf is established by GAMBIT,and the flow fileld in the area is simulated by yhe hydrodynamics software FLUENT,so as to reveal the speed of air leakage in goaf,the distribution fule of pressure,and the gas migration law in goaf.The research results in this paper is conducive to ensure safety procection of coal mine,and to improve economic benefit of mine.

    According to the mining technology conditions and stope production situation of Dongguashan copper mine,in order to determine the law of large-diameter long-hole mining seismic wave propagation,and evaluate the effect on the stability of the surrounding rock,so,the field blasting vibration drawing near roadway surrounding rock caused by mining blasting is monitored.The experience formula and the characteristics of blasting vibration frequency are obtained according to the statistic datas,the analysis results of the fileld data and the Sadaovsk formula.So,the law of underground mining blasting vibration propagation is revealed.The research results in this paper is proved that,it has guiding meaning to keep safety and high efficiency production of the mine.

    The characteristics of long distance and high intensity transportation with pipes of iron tailings was analyzed, through research on its physical characteristics and parameters of pipe transportation, for issues of security and stability with long distance and high intensity transportation of iron tailings, Meishan. An economic and security intensity and velocity was proposed and verified by pipe transport test, based on the Meishan iron tailing slurry pipe transport mathematical model fixed by function of critical velocity found by sediment institute Tsinghua University.

    Systematic mineralogy research was carried out on a deep vanadium-titanium magnetic ore from west Panzhihua, which revealed its mineral composition, distribution characteristics of main minerals and difficulties to liberate of valuable minerals, and provided reference for beneficiation process selection and rational exploitation and utilization of these resources. High quality iron concentrate with iron grade of 58.11%, iron recovery of 57.65% could received by two stages of grinding-three stages of magnetic separation process, while the mesh of grinding should reach 86% passing -0.030 mm. It’s not suitable for the production of high quality iron concentrate for current technical conditions, as non-economical.

    Grinding-high field gradient high intensity magnetic separation and roasting-low intensity magnetic separation were carried out on a siderite, for its simplicity of mineral composition and structure, naturally low iron grade, etc. Iron concentrate with iron grade of 42.14%, iron recovery of 70.08% could achieved with grinding-high field gradient high intensity magnetic separation, while using roasting-low intensity magnetic separation can obtain iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.21%, iron recovery of 92.62%, So roasting-low intensity magnetic separation was an effective process for dealing with this siderite.

    In order to estimate surface deformation caused by coal mining,the method in this paper based on probalibility integral method to calculate the surface deformation paramters and estimate surface deformation of ming area in high accuracy is proposed by using the least squares inversion method.So,the controur surface deformation and 3D simulating diagram are obtained.The research results show that,the surface deformation can be estimated effectively by using the parameters of surface deformation at the basis of the least squares method.In addition,this research result can provide a theoretical basis for the further study on mining subsidence.

    Through the 3D modeling,rendering and roaming customization process by using the Google SketchUp6.0 software platform,the initial construction of a three-dimensional GIS system for the mining park experimental prototype is obtained at the base of 2D vetor data of a mine park.Combining with the Google SketchUp6.0 software, the prototype can realize the interaction with the ArcGIS software.The development work of 3D mine park scenario-driven can be done effectively by using ArcGIS software,so as to form a real 3D model of a mine part scene reproduction.The modeling effects in Google SketchUp6.0 software and the browse roaming functions of various controls in ArcGIS Engine sotware are unified,so a simple 3D view of mine park roaming system can be acquired.
