    The application of the long hole open stope filling later method of high phase in the Lilou iron ore is introducted.At the same time ,the stability of mining process of the large underground stope is researched at length.Accroding to the research findings,the width and height of the stope structure are unchanged.The ore room or pillar is divided into 2~3 sections,and they are recoveried respectively so as to achieve the desired effect and obtain good economic benefits.

    The adaptive of short-hole shrinkage mining method and mining method employing fill are contrastive analyzed.The necessity application of approach cut-and-fill stoping method and upward layer filling method in Liulou iron mine is analyzed in detail.The scheme of layer filling method,the technology of recycling pillar of layer filling mthod,some relative main problms and improvement measures are discussed so as to deal with the safety problem of approach cut-and-fill stoping method,eliminate the risks in the mined-out area,improve the recovery rate,reduce the dilution rate,make the mineral resources be recoveried effectively.

    According to the actual production situation of multi-sublevel in mine,the mining method of multi-sublevel and multi-stope is put forward on the basis of the stress arch theory.The specific minging ways of stacked arch is analyzed in detail,the exploration transportation,ventilate,the mine production capactiy,the quantities of construction are discussed.The research results show that the length of the drop shaft and ventilation raise are increased so as to mining the combination sublevel by setting the centralized traffice levels and centralized level of return air,but it contributes to production management of stacked arch mining.The production of stacked arch mining is improved 40%~70% than the sigle sublevle mining.In addition,the mining method can be formed during the the mining production,so there is no need to increase the mining construction engineering quantity by adopting the stacked arch mining method,and the safety situation of this method is better than the others.

    Aiming at traditional high production cost, intractable production process, a new technology of synthesis for ethyl thioglycolate was put forward, using ethyl chloride, xanthate, and monoethylamine as raw material. The results showed that: with ethyl chloride, xanthate, monoethylamine dosage of 1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗0.98〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1.10, esterification temperature at 60 ℃, amination temperature at 40 ℃, ethyl thioglycolate was synthesized, which has good performance in collecting sulfide minerals, and can be used as collectors for sulfide minerals flotation.

    A new kind of polyconical cyclone was presented in separation of channel dredging slurry in this paper, aiming at its characteristics of particles fine disseminated and distribution in a wide range. Based on Reynolds Stress Model, the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow inside the cyclone was provided by using the software of Fluent, the pressure field and velocity field distribution characteristics was obtained and verified by comparing the simulated results with the experiments, which provided theoretical basis for further optimizing design of this type of polyconical cyclone.

    The accuracy of stress caculation results of geometric equlivalent method of different sections are analyzed by adopting the fininte numerical simulation method the support of ABAQUS software.So,the advantages and disadvantages,scope of application and the improvement direction of stress caculation by using the geometric equlivalent are proposed.The research resuls show that,the stress caculation of noncircular cross section is converted to caculating the stress of circular cross by the geometric equlivalent method.On the whole,the principle of the algorithm is simple,and it is no difficult to adopt the algorithm to solve the practical problems.
