    In order to implement the strategy of saving preferential, promote the saving and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock resources, phosphate rock resources and resources conservation and current situation of comprehensive utilization in China are investigated. Through analysis of development and utilization chain of phosphate rock resources, 9 key technologies which need to be solved urgently on conservation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock resources in China are pointed out, research of index system for phosphorus ore industrial grade; research of evaluation system for conservation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock resources; phosphorus ore exploration, digital production design and management-control technology; mining technology and equipment with high efficiency and low consumption for the inclined, gently inclined and thin to medium thickness phosphorus deposits; high efficiency and low consumption flotation technology and equipment for mid-low grade collophanite; comprehensive recovery utilization technology for intergrowth and associated resources; fine phosphorous chemical technology using purified wet-process phosphoric acid as raw material; phosphogypsum comprehensive utilization and harmless treatment technology; phosphorus resource recovery and utilization technology.

    According to the metallogenic type and distribution characteristics of ore in the Sijiaying Iron ore, on the basis of statistical analysis of total iron assaying datum, chose Kriging method, through variogram fitting, combined with ore grade distribution situation revealed by mine production, some reasonable estimation parameters were confirmed. Orebody solid modelling as a constraint, TFe grade distribution model which was consistent with production knows is established. It can reflect the distribution characteristics of grade well. Combined with mining situation model, it provides reference for stable ore removal and TFe grade in production.

    Slope stability analysis of different approach parameters was done on Ⅱ grade rock mass of Wangershan branch mine of Jiaojia gold mine by ANSYS. The strain energy of filling body of step approach increases with width of approach increasing. When width of one and two step approach was 5 m, filling body damaged due to could not bear too much stress. It indicates that approach best measurements of Ⅱgrade rock mass of Wangershan branch mine are 4 m×4.5 m (height×width).

    Establishment of arch cross tunnel FLAC3D model grid needs to use inherent cylindrical cross tunnel grid(cylint)unit in FLAC3D, the process of building three-dimensional mesh model is inefficiency. Aimed at the numerical simulation calculation problem in field of mining engineering, technology of AutoCAD planar graph transform to FLAC3D arch cross tunnel model was studied. Arch cross tunnel FLAC3D model was set up by using AutoCAD, and detailed methods and steps were given. When setting up a geological model for studying arch cross tunnel engineering problems by using FLAC3D, it can hand quickly.

    As one of the first mines which step into deep mining in China, Dongguashan copper mine uses open stope back-filling mining method with “one partition one” recovery order, therefore mining preparatory tunnel in pillar stope often under high stress. To solve the engineering problem of cracks existing in the reinforced concrete supporting structure of mining preparatory tunnel of Dongguashan pillar stope, combined with practical situation of site tunnel, a structural mechanics analysis model was created. Internal force was analyzed with support structure, and formation reason of crack was found. In the end, some reasonable engineering countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.

    According to problem of tunnel influenced by above stope working face, stress and deformation situation of surrounding rock of tunnel, which was supported by bolt-mesh-anchor spray+U steel under effect of advance (side direction) bearing pressure generated during stoping process of above working face, were studied using numerical simulation method. Site engineering application results shows that the maximal convergence of two sides and roof and floor of tunnel influenced by mining are 138 mm and 105 mm, respectively. This support mode could improve self-supporting ability of surrounding rock and control tunnel deformation.

    The contrast of single magnetic separation, single gravity separation, magnetic-gravity separation was conducted with a low-grade chromite, in Sudan, based on the research process of mineralogy. Its rationable to choose spiral chute for discarding-shaking table for concentration, the concentrate of Cr2O3 grade is 52.20%, recovery is 87.80% was chieved, forevermore this process needs less area and has low production costs, is a feasibility technical solution for dealing with this type of ores.

    Tests about mica recovery on a certain iron ore tailing, with mica content of 20.34% and have industrial recovery value, was conducted. High purity mica was achieved by desliming-alkaline floatation, with the concentrate of the content of mica mineral is more than 96%, and the recovery rate is about 10%, the content of K2O is 7.93%. The promotion of this process can effective reduce the emission of tailings, and have great economic and social benefits.

    Stability of tailings dam is the core part in the safety evaluation of tailing pond. Based on the analysis of problems and shortage existing in current tailings dam safety evaluation method, reliability analysis method, which was used to evaluate stability of tailings dam, was proposed. Because this method is based on the probability statistics and operations research, it is not using a specific safety coefficient value to measure the stability of tailings dam. On the contrary, the damage of tailings dam was defined as a kind of probability result. The analysis results could reflect the real safety situation of tailings dam well, and it has important meaning for guiding of operation and management of tailing pond.

    Dry tailings stockpiling technology was originated from gold purification technology in sixties of the last century. Compared with other tailings storage methods, dry stockpiling has its own advantages on aspects like safety, environmental protection and capital investment, but it hasn't been used widely in construction of tailing pond due to its high running costs. With the improvement of press filter technology, dry tailings stockpiling damming will become the new trend for development of tailings stockpiling. Through the analysis and research of stability of a dry stockpiling tailing dam, factors, which influence the stability of dry tailings dam under condition of raining, are analyzed.

    In the south of Shunda open-pit mine, there is a steep joint rock slope, which has potential safety hazard. Used preferred index method to determine advantage slip surface, the stability factor of slope was calculated. Reliability evaluation was done on stability and safety factor using instability probability analysis method. On the other hand, sensitivity analysis was done on internal friction angle and cohesion of coal and sandstone by using single variable method. The result indicates that the overall stability of the design slope was fine, but lower than the designed safety factor, the overall stability probability was 73% (Fs≤1.1). Internal friction angle of sandstone has greater impact on stability of slope. It suggests that interception and drainage measures should be noted during the project to prevent reduction of shear strength of the rock and soil caused by rainwater infiltration.

    Treatment of coal spontaneous combustion is the key point to mine production. On the basis of analysis of distribution of support pressure and air flow state of coal mine goaf, distribution law of air flow rate in middle of goaf is derived. Finally width of the combustion zone under special condition was confirmed using numerical method. Analysis shows that combustion width changes little with the distance to mining face when combustion area closes to mining area. The longer the mining face, combustion area closer mining face, combustion width basically unchanged. The smaller the change rate of support pressure in goaf, distance of combustion area to mining area increases with the increase of width.
