    Numerical Simulation on Failure Process of Overburden Rock of Kilometer Well Large Mining Height Working Face

    Recent years, the number of kilometer well has increasing constantly in China, and the failure form and range of overburden rock also have become more and more serious. Based on overburden rock movements and form and stress distribution characteristics of roof in kilometer well large mining, the failure process of overburden rock of large mining height working face was done by RFPA. The related numerical results have demonstrate that the primary stress transferred to both sides and fan-shaped stress reduced area appears along displacement angle broadly during working face mining of kilometer well is obtained. With the forwarding of working face, failure and displacement of overburden rock appeared obvious distinct zone above goaf, and each zone has obvious different characteristics. But boundary surface transited gradually with spatial form of symmetrical “U-shaped” distribution broadly.

    Explosibility classification evaluation was done on rock mass of an open-pit mine by using the dynamic grading method, and the result was consistent to grading result based on attribute recognition model based on coefficient of entropy. While it is more simple and efficient for explosibility classification of rock mass by using the dynamic grading method, and it has good adaptability and objectivity.

    According to blasting energy balance theory by Livingston, single hole series, multi hole and the same delay time, inclined bench site blasting crater experiments were done at a mine. Some blasting parameters, such as unit explosive consumption, burden in directional blasting, bottom hole distance of medium-deep hole sub room stage delayed filling method mining of this iron ore, were confirmed. It provides design basis for industrial tests and subsequent productivity.

    Room-pillar mining method of afterwards dry-filling has been adopted at a lead-zinc mine in Yunnan province. Because of non-ideal top filling, large goaf has formed and produces big effects on stoping of deep orebody and recovery of pillar, meanwhile stacking of tailings on the ground has a great influence on the environment. To meet the different intensity requirement of filling for goaf and realize green mining, experimental study on proportion of paste-tailings cement filling materials is needed. Started from mechanical behavior of whole tailings filling materials, slumps of backfill pulp was measured and rheological property analyzed to confirm the experimental weight concentration range then to prepare filling test block, measured its 3, 7, 14, 28d intensity. The initial setting intensity, long-term intensity and consolidation performance of paste filling material were analyzed. Through analysis of rheological property and strength performance of filling material, cement-sand ratio and filling material proportion for different purpose were obtained.

    In allusion to micro-fine disseminated iron ore from Namibia, beneficiation tests of grinding-low intensity magnetic separation and grinding-pre-discarding tailings-regrinding-low intensity magnetic separation were carried out. For this run-of-mine ore with a TFe grade of 23.63%, TFe grade and recovery of 66.56% and 47.56% was obtained in the former test flow, and TFe grade and recovery of 66.38% and 51.44% was obtained in the latter test flow. Contrasting the two beneficiation flow sheets, index of concentrates is similar, but the latter can reduce 41.85% of the regrinding of the crude ore, so it is taken as recommended beneficiation flow sheet.

    According to the fact of the feature of a copper molybdenum ore, the low molybdenum recovery and low molybdenum grade, taking the lime as adjustment of slurry pH value, mixed use Z-200#, butyl xanthate and kerosene as collector, sodium sulfide copper as inhibitors, sodium silicate as copper molybdenum separation dispersing agent, realize copper molybdenum efficient flotation recovery and improve the quality of molybdenum concentrate. In the laboratory condition test, on the basis of the production process in accordance with the laboratory small closed-circuit test, obtained a copper concentrate grade and recovery each 22.48%, 92.41%, molybdenum concentrate grade and recovery each 48.32%, 91.12%, molybdenum pure copper fell to 0.89%.

    The ore properties of deep hematite in Hainan Mining are investigated. According to the properties, such tests as pre-concentration by dry high intensity magnetic separation and jigging are made. Lump ore with yielding of 35.26%, Fe grade of 55.35%, and recovery of 49.85% are primarily obtained from run-of-mine by classification, dry high intensity magnetic separation and jigging. Meanwhile, lump tailings with discarding rate of 21.61% and Fe grade of 10.83% are obtained. By this method, the amount of ores for grinding can be significantly reduced with obvious energy saving.

    An iron ore in Jiangxi province was not taken full advantage due to its low iron grade and fine granularity. Experimental research was carried out on the iron ore by using combined magneto-gravity separation flowsheet as stage-grinding and stage concentration.     Aim at problems like poor signal, vulnerable to environmental interference, low system integration degree and cannot display site rescue information on the spot exist in current underground rescue video, a kind of embedded video signal processing system suitable for underground rescue communication was put forward. The system mainly consists of two parts: the underground video capture terminal and surface rescue command terminal. H.264 standard compression done on video data by using the own encoder MFC of S3C6410 and adopt Linux as software develop platform in the underground video capture terminal system. On the other hand, video decoding, network transmission and development of application program realized for surface rescue command terminal system in VS2005 development environment, and according to the characteristics of the mine rescue environment, an optimization about the open source for H.264 decoding algorithm is made. This system has accomplished rescue site video processing, improved the equipment integration level and video picture clarity, and realized the visualization of underground rescue.

    In order to eliminate the waste cooking oil harm on human health and reuse it effectively, mixed fatty acid extracted from waste cooking oil by a series of processing:saponification-salting-out rinsing-acidification-drying, reacted with M inputed at a steady rate, when the reaction temperature at 120 ℃,red phosphorus as catalyst and reaction time is 8 h. The α derived fatty acid——M-105 was obtained and applied into the reverse flotation of Jianshan magnetite. The satifactory results of a grade of 70.26%, recovery of 83.00% was obtained.

    Soil pollution during the exploration of Lead-zinc mine has become a common phenomenon. Many research achievements have been made around the restoration of the soil pollution. However the basic reason of pollution, such as the transferring process of heavy metal from the ore to the soil is less studied. According to different pollution sources, the paper took sampling and focused on key emphasis to clear the migration and transferring rules of heavy metals, thus providing a reference for the prevention and governance of mine pollution.
