    According to the disadvantage of traditional stripping and mining scheduling formulation way for mine involving massive work and inefficiency,a stripping and mining scheduling system suit to open-pit mine was developed by using Tcl/Scl language based on Surpac.This system input mining parameters through the man-machine interactive way,and the stripping and mining scheduling which was efficient and could adjust schedule plan flexibly formulated.The computational accuracy of tonnage for ores and rocks and the grade could be improved based on geological-mining model which was established by utilize production blast hole data.The system could be used in different kinds of open-pit metal mines.

    Three-dimensional numerical model of veining up mining of the open-air high slope of an iron ore is established,and numerical simulation on the stability of slope residual mining by ANSYS.The numerical simulation result shows that adit veining up mining has little influence to the whole stability of open-air slope,and residual mining slope is stable,but the support and management of adit tunnel and goaf roof should be strengthened.

    Through the establishment of a multi-class membership function model,associated influence factors weight was calculated by AHP and other method,a set of system and method of suitability evaluation model for filling mining area of coal gangue was formed.On the basis of this,relative system was developed by using C# combine with ArcEngine development kit,so the graphic processing,spatial analysis and backfill mining suitable area division evaluation of coal gangue could realized,priority order of filling suitable confirmed by actual available coal gangue total amount of mining area,output surface protection range.It provides technical support for using coal gangue reasonably and availably,mining damage protection and "undersurface of building (structure),railway,water" mining plan confirmation.

    The similar material model test is one important research method to study the mining subsidence mechanism,and similar material proportion is the key factor to achieve a reliable similar material model.Similar material proportion confirmed by traditional test method is time-consuming and laborious.A BP neural network model for similar material proportion was established based on the table of similar material proportion.33 groups of experimental data were used as training and testing samples,and the maximum relative error of model prediction was 7.39%.The result shows that the BP neural network model can basically reflect the inner influence rules between similar materials' compression and tensile strength and their proportion.It is feasible to predict the similar materials proportion by this model.

    Introduced the ore-milling classification technology of a gold processing plant in Yunnan.According to the actual situation of the concentrator,Designed the control system based on S7-300 PLC and Wincc software.The structure of the system,PLC hardware and software design,and the major control method were given.The results of operation indicated that the control system offered high precision,quick adjustability,strong anti-interference capability and better stability,automatic control of the mill ore-milling classification was achieved.
