    Pillarless sublevel caving mining method has been used widely in the mine both at home and abroad, which is difficult to control the loss of ore dilution in the practical production. However, the loss and dilution index depend on shape of falling ore ellipsoid. So it is significant to research the falling ore ellipsoid shapes to control the ore loss and dilution. Combined with the project of stope structural parameter optimization of Shouyun iron ore, design parameter of stope was analyzed. Through indoor physical simulation test, the changing laws between drift width and ore ellipsoid shape was uncovered.

    Taking the experiment stope of a metal mine as example and combining with digital mine software DIMINE, application of 3D visualized modeling technology in this mine is introduced. On the basis of building model of geologic body and engineering entity,key points of 3D mining design realization in building digital mine are studied. Cutting groove blasting design and stope blasting design in the DIMINE software are introduced in detail, and the results of blasting design are output.

    Blast hole pre-split orientation(BHPO) is proposed based on the analysis of rock blasting mechanism and pre-engineering experiments. It's a kind of new type pre-split blast model which combines the advantages from large hole size deep hole pre-split blast in the open pit and normal pre-split blast. It's the new improved technology of pre-split blast at present. The BHPO method is based on modern mechanics which could do better on slope protection.

    Taking the Baixiangshan iron ore as the engineering background, aimed at the problems like the large distribution of surface water within the mine,complicated hydrogeology condition of deposit, stability of roadway affected largely by water,many joint fissure and structure in surrounding rock, primary roadway support proposal was optimized. Combining with different characteristics of surrounding rock and geological condition, technology of anchoring and shotcreting unite support and secondary coupling supporting system were adopt on optimized support. Through the check of numerical simulation,the result of optimized support plan was good.

    Through the analysis of factors which influence unit explosive consumption, an unit explosive consumption classification method based on weighted clustering analysis is proposed. Then put forward effective measures of increasing the number of free surface, spacing pattern parameter of large hole distance and small resistance line,adjusting explosives structure is put forward to achieve the goal of reducing the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting. At the same time combining with the scientific research task of mined-out area disposal in Shouyun iron ore, demonstrated effectively the application of effective measures have reduced the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting.

    Through the analysis of measured data on roof abscission layer, surface displacement, deep displacement and forced state of bolt and cable of Ⅱ28 mining area up roadway, surrounding rock deformation law of cable anchor support roadway under condition of floor cross mining was obtained. The result indicated deformation of surrounding rock mainly occurred at effect violent period of mining of above cross mining working face,especially at the rock mass with more developed fracture. Reasonable support could control the deformation of surrounding rock and ensure the section of roadway could meet the request of production.

    Valuable mineral composition and grain size characteristics of a molybdenum mine in Jiangxi province were analyzed, suitable grinding fineness of flotation separation, suitable dosage of kerosene as collector and pine camphor oil as frother of rough flotation, dosage of Na2S as inhibitor of one concentrating, dosage of kerosene as collector and pine camphor oil as frother of one time scavenging of this mineral were confirmed through test, and test was done on one roughing, one scavenging, six times concentration close circuits which confirmed in searching test, molybdenum concentrates with molybdenum grade 45.23% and recovery rate 85.14% were obtained.

    Problems of weak treatment capacity of reverse flotation system of high intensity magnetic mineral of Sijiaying iron ore concentration plant are analyzed briefly, combined with treatment capacity of field devices, resonable reagent system test with pulp density around 50% was made in laboratory, phosphorus concentrate with iron grade above 67.50% were obtained at production field based on the best reagent system, grade of reverse flotation tailings was only 16%.
