    Finite Element Analysis for Seepage-Stress Fields Coupling in Backfill Area of Caving Mining

    Taken the backfill area of caving mining of Jinshandian iron mine as the example, the mathematical model for seepage and stress coupling in backfill area of caving mining was set up, coupling characteristics of seepage and stress field were analyzed. Simulation results indicate that seepage velocity is higher around laneway, seepage quantity through laneway boundary is 1.3×10-3 m3/(s·m). Compared with uncoupled condition, the value of the whole head of coupled condition is reduced totally, and the influence is much obvious especially in the bottom area. Coupling has certain influence to stress field. Whole head value reduces gradually with the increasing of coupling coefficient β.

    Large-scale mined-out area are formed in molybdenum mine of Wudaoling due to disorderly exploitation, 3 times of large-scale ground pressure activities are caused one after another, and a great number of pillars were broken. Due to the geometric shape situation of complicated mined-out area, the three dimensional numerical model of mine left behind mined-out area was established. Numerical simulation was done on distribution of stress, displacement and plastic zone of upper mined-out area and isolation strip by MIDAS. The numerical results indicate that the large-scale mined-out area in molybdenum mine of Wudaoling must be filled, otherwise, instability and resurrection phenomenon is extreme possible appear.

    Blasting effect of different charge length were simulated on fixed parameters like pitch of holes, distance between two rows, aperture by LS-DYNA. Effect comparison of charge length 56cm and 64cm were done separately aim at Von Mises Stress,Y-displacement, Y-velocity which the characterized rock crushing effect is much direct, and finally the reasonable charge length was confirmed.

    The effect of deep hole pressure release blasting on impact ground pressure treatment is accepted by miner.Through analysis of blasting rock-broken theory, the basic principle of blasting destressing was proved, applications of deep hole blasting destressing on impact ground pressure prevention was researched. The main parameters of deep hole blasting like borehole diameter, borehole spacing, hole depth, sealed borehole length and so on are confirmed and optimized.

    Based on self-developed triaxial servo gas-seepage experimental device of gas heat solid coupling, gas-seepage experiments were conducted on coal rock under the combination of different axial compression, confining pressure and gas pressure, complete stress-strain under combination of different confining pressure and gas pressure and influence law of coal-rock permeability under different stress combination were researched. The result indicates that there are three stages of permeability of coal-rock with the change of volumetric stress; permeability decreased with the increase of confining pressure, and it shows conical relationship with confining pressure, the influence of confining pressure was bigger than axial compression to permeability under the condition of certain axial compression and gas pressure; Permeability decreased first then increased with the increase of gas pressure, and it shows cubic curve relationship with gas pressure, slippage effect occupies an leading position at stage of permeability decreasing under the condition of certain axial compression and confining pressure; Permeability increase with the increase of axial compression, it decreases with the increase of confining pressure and shows linear law under conditions of a certain gas pressure and the same volumetric stress.

    The leaching of copper from the tailings of refractory copper oxide ore which comes from Tangdan in Yunnan Province in China by aqueous ammonium chloride/ ammonia solutions has been studied.The results show that leaching time,the temperature, the concentration of ammonium chloride and ammonia,the solid-to-liquid ratio, the amount of the Oxidant,additional order of the oxidant,oxidation time have favorable influence on the leaching ratio of copper oxide ores. The optimum leaching conditions are found to be: 10/1 liquid-to-solid ratio, 40 ℃, adding to H2O2(2.5 mL/g), after 2 hours,then add to(NH42CO3 and NH3·H2O, c(NH+4)=3.2 mol/L, c(NH3)=0.8 mol/L,continue reacting 4 hours. More than 72.3% of copper was effectively recovered.

    As influencing factors of gas extraction rate at coal face are complicated, nonlinear relation which are dynamic and vague exist between each influencing factors, prediction model is hard to establish on traditional prediction methods. Neural network has the characteristics of self-organization, self-adaptive, parallel processing and strong nonlinear approximation ability. The prediction model was established based on functional relationship between gas extraction rate at coal face and its influencing factors. The result indicates that the precision of the prediction model could meet the request, and the model is reasonable and feasible.

    Nonionic wetting agent and anion wetting agent were selected to combined through the laboratory test, and it aim at different metamorphic grade coal sample and efficiency of dust collection, analysis was done on the relationship between aqueous solution thickness and moist time of wetting agent. The result indicates that aqueous solution concentration 20%~40% is the best of nonionic wetting agent and anion wetting agent. With increase the metamorphic grade of coal in the same kind of wetting agent, nonionic wetting agent and anion wetting agent dust removal effect got worse and worse.
