    Research on Reserves Estimation of Jiajiabao Iron Ore based on 3DMine

    Based on the geologic database of Jiajiabao, 3DMine software was used to combine samples and analyzed them by geological statistics. According to analyzed ore grade spatial variation, inverse distance squares method and ordinary Kriging method were used to make grade estimation for block model, then orebody resources reports were formed respectively. Two results of reserves calculation were compared, and application in resources management and mining design were discussed.

    Maluping mine is a high quality sources of raw materials which could produce highconcentration phosphate fertilizer directly without ore dressing, and it is rare in the world and the only one in China currently. Invein preparatory work mediumlength hole falling ore afterwards filling mining method was adopted. Through FLAC3D finite difference software, numerical calculation result such as characteristic of displacement and deformation, maximum principal stress of roof, roof vertical stress distribution, plastic zone distribution of stope of different mining spans of sublevel stope , reasonable stope span is 20m is obtained.

     Problems occurred when using OpenGL to make threedimensional modeling of mine turning tunnel and spatial distribution law of points on surface of turning tunnel are analyzed. A simple algorithm could realize turning tunnel threedimensional simulation is put forward, so the threedimensional model of mine tunnel could set up conveniently and rapidly.

    According to the characteristics of elastic deformation during instantaneous loading and creep deformation tends to convergence changing with time which surrounding rock mass of Jinshandian's iron ore and powder ore have, reference to displacementtime curve obtained by field monitoring, chose PoytingThomson constitutive model, using finite element displacement analysis, integrated elasticmodulus   which include viscoelastic parameters was obtained, consider affect of excavation steps to surrounding rock mass deformation. Elastic modulus E1, E2, viscosity coefficient η had separated after made regression of integrated elasticmodulus, using these parameters into similar deformation prediction of powder ore tunnel, it could predict deformation amount and deformation stability time at different time of this surrounding rock mass.

    Washability experimental research was done on a lowgrade magnetic iron ore, research result indicates, this ore belongs to coarse grain disseminated lowgrade magnetic iron ore, staged grinding technology could realize energysaving and emissionreduction, cost decreasing and effect increasing effectively. Suitable grinding fineness is -200 mesh content of the first and secondary stage ore grinding product take 60% and 85% separately; magnetic density of rough concentration and ore concentrate both are 120 kA/m。Finally iron grade of ore concentrate reached to 66.58%,recovery rate reached to 81.34%,a good beneficiation technical indicators were obtained.

    Based on the mineral properties of a cyanide tailings in Xinjiang, test on choice and dosage of agent like inhibitor, activating agent, collector, etc in prior separation flotation of copper and zinc, opencircuit whole process and closedcircuit test were done. The result indicated: one roughing, one scavenging, three reconcentrate, priority in turn flotation technology of copper and zinc of middling sequence recurrence, could better recovered copper, zinc and quantities of gold and silver. Copper concentrate with copper grade 16.88% and recovery rate 79.70%,gold recovery rate 34.97%,silver recovery rate 33.07% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade 52.07% and recovery rate 63.77% were obtained, twice recovery of mineral resources were realized.

    Experimental study of valuable elements recovery was done on a gravity separation tin separation tailings which has high content of sulfur, silver and tin in Bolivia, recovery technology of tin, sulfur and silver which took the flotation main, roastingcyanide as subsidiary was confirmed. Sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade 46.70%, recovery rate 97.88%, silver grade 339 g/t,recovery rate 73.73% and tin concentrate with tin grade 45.37%, recovery rate 52.73% were obtained through closed-circuit test, leaching rate of roastingcyanide operation of silver was 75.10%.

    Through the analysis of main factors which influence the ventilation system choice, hierarchical evaluation model of multilevel on ventilation scheme choice was established. Weight value of each scheme was confirmed by analytic hierarchy process, optimal scheme was obtained, and consistency check was made. Through the practical application in ventilation scheme optimization selection of a mine, it proves that this result is realiable.

    Based on field exploration data and laboratory test data, comprehensively considered construction property and other factors of slope engineering, quality classification and evaluation were done on engineering rock mass of mine slope by adopted RMR and BQ methods, strength range of each rock mass of mining area were confirmed comprehensively. The example analysis indicates comprehensive forecasting method could predict hierarchical problem of rock slope quality more scientific, and it also can provide more reliable basis for adopt economical and reasonable support treatments.
