Application of Roadway Retaining Technology along Goaf in Fully Mechanized Face Without Coal Pillar

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of the 8201 coalfree pillar fully mechanized coal mining face,improve the stability of the roof of the roadway along the goaf,and prevent the roofing of the roadway from breaking and falling,through technical research,the 8201 coalfree pillar fully mechanized mining face is reasonably analyzed during the mining,the main technical problems existed,and the presplitting blasting cutting pressure relief technology was proposed for the roof of the empty roadway (5201 roadway),and the "flexible mold pouring+stepping direction JW anchor cable hanger+truss anchor cable" was adopted."Support" combined support technology,based on the actual application effect,the cutting roof pressure relief technology effectively prevents the mining face's recovery stress from transmitting to the side of the empty roadway,preventing the sinking and crushing of the roof along the empty roadway; and the traditional gangue device Compared with the joint support technology,the cost is low and the construction process is simple,which effectively prevents the gangue and protects the roof,and effectively prevents the damage of the leading concentrated stress on the roadway during the mining of the working face.The roof settlement in the advanced stress area is controlled below 0.15 m.
