Abstract: The 8410 working face of Yangmei No.5 Mine is an isolated island working face.The return air tunnel is driven along the roof.The floor is soft rock.The roadway is easily affected by the overburden rock gravity and mining movement.In order to prevent floor heavefrom endangering safety production,a thin plate theory is used to establish a mechanical model for the floor of a soft rock roadway,and the stress conditions and instability critical conditions of the bottom rock layer are derived.Then,the mechanism of soft rock bottom drum on the island working face is proposed.Governance provides the theoretical basis,and provides targeted drum control and governance related technologies to provide reference for the governance of similar drums.
