Abstract: With the development of BDS construction and service capacity,diverse products have been widely used in the transportation industry,especially positioning and information interaction,which have been well applied in highway logistics.Steel highway logistics is mainly composed of three highway transportation,they are procurement,production and sales.Masteel highway traffic has nearly 50 million tons of material flow per year.As the general contractor of production logistics and sales logistics,masteel automobile transportation company owns more than 1 000 vehicles to serve masteel's various material transportation tasks.In order to ensure that the existing dispatching and monitoring system has met the requirements of masteel road logistics management,through exploring the application of beidou system in steel road logistics industry,the company comprehensively improves the level of vehicle supervision,personnel management,goods control,transportation optimization and information exchange to achieve a more intelligent and informative highway logistics in masteel.
