Abstract: In order to obtain high quality silverlead concentrate,test on highsulfur silverleadzinc polymetallic ore by asynchronous flotationcoarse ore concentrate regrind flotation,asynchronous fast flotationmiddlings ore regrind and stagespeed asynchronous flotationzincsulfur sequential priority flotation process.The test resluts show that: under the condition that the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm 70%,stagedspeed asynchronous flotationzincsulfur sequential priority flotation is better than the other two processes.The silver lead concentrate from the flotation process has a silver grade of 621 g/t,the silver recovery rate is 54.18%,the copper grade is 0.84%,the copper recovery rate is 34.62%,the lead grade is 6278%,the lead recovery rate is 89.42%,the zinc grade is 6.45%,and the zinc recovery rate is 5.83%.
