Application of New Type 27 mm High Strength FRP Bolt Technology in Tashan Coal Mine

Abstract: Because the mining roadways in Tashan Mine are all sublevel caving mining,the mine pressure is obvious,the roadway section is large,and the surrounding rock deformation along the tail groove is large in the mining process,which results in the failure of support when using traditional ordinary FRP bolt support,such as bolt body being pulled off,bolt body tail being cut off and so on.To solve the above problems,this paper adopts a new type of high strength FRP bolt with a diameter of 27 mm to Tashan Mine.The test results of 8112 working face show that the safety of roadway support and the mining efficiency can be greatly improved by using the new integral high strength FRP bolt instead of the common FRP bolt with the same diameter to ensure the safety of mining.After the new bolt is adopted,the roadway support has both safety and economic benefits.At the same time,it has positive significance to promote and draw lessons from similar mining roadways in the whole mine and all other similar mines.
