Abstract: In order to solve the problem of soft rock support in steeply inclined thick coal seam,the roadway of 3710 working face in Fuxing Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background.Through investigation and analysis,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,a support,high performance watch material and weak terrain were adopted.Actively strengthen the principle of support.Through the use of "highstrength anchor + high pretightening anchor cable + metal mesh + W steel strip" for basic support,special locations to strengthen support,numerical simulation and onsite monitoring show that the support scheme effectively controls the roof of the roadway and Two sets of deformation,support once in place.
