Design and Implementation of Reversible Interworking Belt Conveyor in Yanshan Iron Mine

Abstract: The two main crushing systems of the oxidized ore and the primary ore in Yanshan Iron Mine have the same design and treatment capacity and the same equipment selection,However,the uneven capacity of the ore dressing mill in the next process leads to the increase of the operation rate of the oxidized ore crushing system,the decrease of the operation rate of the primary ore crushing system,the difficulty of the production organization,and the waste of power consumption.In order to solve the problem,based on the original crushing system technology,according to the field equipment,civil layout,design and installation of an interworking reversible belt machine.The design parameters of belt conveyor should be checked and confirmed strictly.After the belt conveyor is installed,the interworking between the oxidized ore and the primary ore system is realized,and the productivity of the two systems is complementary,Thereby,the purpose of reducing cost and increasing benefit is achieved.
