Abstract: Yangjiaonao mining area is located at the edge of Dayishan complex rock mass in the east of Qinhang metallogenic belt, which is a favorable area for finding tin polymetallic ore.In order to solve the problem of prospecting in shallow overburden area,1∶10 000 soil geochemical survey is carried out in this area. The results show that Sn,Cu,and other elements may be involved in the mineralization of the study area. The traditional logarithmic statistical method was used to determine the Sn,Cu and as anomalies in the inner circle of the study area. The results show that the anomalies of each element in the study area are obvious, well nested, and generally distributed in the EW direction.According to the stacking characteristics of combined anomalies, three comprehensive anomaly areas are delineated. Finally, through the verification of trenching and drilling engineering, multiple vein type tin polymetallic ore veins are found, and good prospecting results are achieved.
