Abstract: Gold grade of an intractable gold ore is 3.21 g/t,the disseminated grain size is fine. The main occurrence state of gold is monolithic gold,fissure gold and inclusive gold,the major gold-bearing minerals are quartz,pyrite,limonite and feldspar. In order to recyle the gold in the ore,beneficiation test by gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation was carried out，after  comparing the single flotation,gravity separation-flotation,gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation. The results show that,at the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 72%,mixed gold concentrate with yield of 6.71%,grade of 40.57 g/t,recovery of 85.12% was obtained,via gravity separation,one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging closed flotation,magnetic separation,which could be used for the reference to determine the processing flowsheet.
