Abstract: The grade of gold ore with high sulfur and high arsenic is 421 g/t,containing 082% of arsenic and 085% of carbon,with fine grain.Sulphide packages gold and exposed gold accounted for 9831% of total gold in the ore.The gold is distributed in pyrite and quartz,sericite and other gangue minerals.In this paper,direct cyanide leaching,pretreatment- cyanide leaching,flotation-pretreatment-cyanide leaching all were used for recycling gold from ore.The results of the test show that both cyanide leaching-derectly and pretreatment-cyanide leaching are bad for the gold recovery.By adopting the closed circuit flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning after primary grinding(-0074 mm 90%)，single-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning after second stage grinding,finally the process of flotation-pretreatment of cyanide leaching of tailings was determined.The gold concentrate of flotaion with recovery rate of 6722%,grade of gold 2336 g/t and the silver 9600 g/t，the leaching rate reaches 2336%，the total recovery is 9058%.
