Optimization Layout Scheme of Preparatory Roadway of No.20 Mining Area  of Chensilou Coal Mine in Henan Province

Abstract: With the increasing of mining depth of coal mine,the underground hydrogeologial conditions are becoming more complex increasingly,the underground production system is also increased gradually,which make the underground mining and drivage become unbalance.The optimization of roadway layout scheme is help for decreasing the rock roadway drivage engineering,so as to form the production system of mining area as soon as possible.Taking the preparatory roadway of No.20 mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine in Henan Province as the study example,under the premise of the underground production system in conformity with the provisions in the mining area,the layout scheme of preparatory roadway of the mining area is optimized,the layout scheme of consolidation of conveyor transportation roadway and railway transportation roadway is proposed to deal with conveyor concentrated roadway and railway concentrated roadway,the roadway section is designed as straight wall semicircle arch shape,and the supporting technique of spray anchor net and anchor cable is used to ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.The goal of continuous concentrated production,it can not only meet the requirement of transportation system in mining area,but also is help for decreasing the roadway drivage engineering in mining area,reducing upfront costs,shortening the preparatory engineering period of mining area and meeting the stoping conditions of the working face of mining area,so as to realize the goal of relieving the tension state of mining and drivage works of Chensilou Coal Mine.
