Optimization of the Ramp Ventilation System of Xinli Mine Shaft of Sanshandao Gold Mine

Abstract: Taking the ramp ventilation system of Xinli Mine Shaft of Sanshandao Gold Mine as the study example,aming at the existing problems of low visibility of ramp,accumulation of gun smoke and dust,high humidity and ventilation disorder of connection roadways of middle sections of Xinli Mine Shaft,the ventilation system of Xinli Mine Shaft is studied systematically by using ventilation network optimization technique and fan optimization selection technique,the new ventilation model that is fresh wind from main shafts and measures shafts is imported to the ramp through the -240 m level northwest roadway by adopting the forces ventilation technique,besides that,the ventilation calculation is done by using Ventsim three-dimensional ventilation dynamic simulation software.The study results show that the return air route of the underground east and west wing is optimized and a K45-6-№16 type fan is installed in the 67# line transportation roadway,import air volume of ramp is improved from 15.03 m3/s to 50.12 m3/s,and the import air volume of the connection roadways of -320,-360,-400,-440,-480 m middle sections are 11.33,11.21,11.15,11.09,11.01 m3/s respectively.Therefore,the foal of ramp ventilation smooth is realized,the ventilation disorder phenomenon in ramp connection roadway is improved effectively,besides that,the technical support for safety production of the mine is provided.
