云南某中低品位胶磷矿石反—正浮选脱镁降硅试验研究

Study on Reverse and Direct Flotation Removed Magnesium and Degrade Silicon for Medium and Low Grade Collophanite in Yunnan

摘要: 为确定云南某低品位胶磷矿石的选矿工艺,根据该磷矿石的工艺矿物学特性以及优先浮选易选矿物和浮少抑多的原则,采用反正联合浮选工艺流程处理矿石。结果表明,P2O5品位为25.93%的原矿在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%的情况下,采用1粗1扫反浮选—反浮选精矿脱水—1粗1精1扫正浮选、中矿顺序返回流程处理,获得了P2O5品位为31.30%、回收率为84.75%的精矿,精矿MER值为10.06%、较原矿降低9.04个百分点,SiO2含量为15.23%、较原矿降低7.34个百分点。反正联合浮选工艺是分选中低品位胶磷矿的高效、简单工艺。

Abstract: In order to determine the beneficiation process of a low-grade collophanite ore in Yunnan,according to the technological mineralogical characteristics of the phosphate ore and the principle of preferential flotation of easily-selected minerals and less flotation and more suppression,the beneficiation test was carried out by adopting reverse combined direct flotation process.The results show that when the raw ore with P2O5 grade of 25.93%,with grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 80.0%,treated by the process of one roughing one scavenging reverse flotation-concentrate of reverse flotation dehydration-one roughing one cleaning one scavenging direct flotation and medium returned back process.The concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.30% and recovery of 84.75% is obtained,The MER value of the concentrate is 10.06%,which is 9.04 percentage points lower than the original ore,and the SiO2 content is 15.23%,which is 7.34 percentage points lower than the original ore.The reverse combined direct flotation process is an efficient and simple process to separate low-grade collophanite.
