某高硫磁铁精矿提铁降硫选矿试验

摘要: 某磁铁精矿铁品位为56.14%,硫含量为9.18%,95.75%的硫为磁黄铁矿中的硫。为达到铁精矿硫含量<1%的目标,按磨矿—弱磁选—浮选原则流程进行提铁降硫选矿试验。结果表明,磁铁精矿在磨矿细度为-0.043 mm占85%的情况下,采用1粗1精弱磁选脱硅—1粗2精反浮选脱硫流程处理,可获得铁品位67.39%、硫含量0.80%的铁精矿,以及铁品位为62.54%、硫品位为17.50%的高铁硫精矿,为此类高硫磁铁精矿的提铁降硫提供了技术参考。

Abstract: The iron grade of a magnetite concentrate is 56.14%,the content of S is 9.18%,and 95.75% sulfur is in form of pyrrhotite.In order to reach the target of sulfur content <1% in iron concentrate,the experiment of iron increase and sulfur reduction in magnetite concentrate was carried out according to the principle of grinding - low intensity magnetic separation-flotation.The results show that the iron concentrate with Fe grade 67.39% and S content 0.80%,can be obtained by grinding (-0.043 mm 85%)-one roughing one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation for desilicication-one roughing two cleaning reverse flotation desulfurization,also high-iron sulfur concentrate with iron grade of 62.54% and 17.50% can be obtained.Which provides a technical reference for iron increase and sulfur reduction of this kind of high sulfur magnetite concentrate.
