摘要: 从硅铁的冶炼原理、硅铁冶炼新技术(包括新冶炼矿热炉和新冶炼原料)方面概述了硅铁冶炼技术的进展,介绍了硅铁在冶金领域(可作为脱氧剂、合金剂、孕育剂、球化剂、还原剂使用等)、选矿行业、制氢产业、焊条材料、锂离子电池电极材料等方面的应用情况,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望,为硅铁的广泛应用提供了参考。

Abstract: The progress of ferrosilicon smelting technology is summarized from the aspects of ferrosilicon smelting principle and new ferrosilicon smelting technology (including new smelting ore furnace and new smelting raw materials).Introduces the application of ferrosilicon in metallurgical field (can be used as deoxidizer,alloying agent,inoculant,nodularizer,reducing agent,etc.),mineral processing industry,hydrogen production industry,electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries,etc.The future development direction of ferrosilicon is prospected,which provides a reference for the wide application of ferrosilicon.
