铌钽矿选矿研究进展

摘要: 铌、钽是十分重要的稀贵金属,我国铌钽资源十分丰富,但品位低、共生矿物复杂、开发利用难度高,导致铌钽选冶困难。目前,铌钽选别方法主要是重选结合其他工艺提高粗选效率;采用磁选、重选、电选、浮选、化学选矿等工艺进行精选。对细粒钽铌矿物,采用浮选工艺有较好选别效果;对精矿的除杂,采用电选工艺有较好选别效果;对于低品位难选铌钽矿,化学选矿有较好的选别效果。

Abstract: Niobium and tantalum are very important rare and precious metals.China is rich in niobium and tantalum resources,but the low grade,complex paragenetic minerals,and high difficulty in development and utilization lead to the difficulty in niobium and tantalum processing and smelting.At present,niobium and tantalum separation method is mainly gravity separation combined with other processes to improve the roughing efficiency;magnetic separation,gravity separation,electric separation,flotation,chemical separation and other processes are used for cleaning.For fine-grained tantalum and niobium minerals,the flotation process has a better separation effect;for impurity removal of concentrate,the electric separation process has a better separation effect;for low-grade refractory tantalum and niobium ores,the chemical separation process has a better separation effect.
