某露天矿岩层台阶爆破优化分析

摘要: 针对某钼矿台阶爆破所存在的岩石破碎效果差,爆破效果不理想,大块、沿墙、根底现象多发,铲装效率低,后续磨选工装效能、产能释放等问题,通过BP神经网络运算得出最佳爆破参数,经过现场调整最终确定易爆区孔网参数为6 m×4 m,中等难度爆区孔网参数为5 m×4 m。结果表明:优化爆破参数后虽然炸药单耗较优化前略有增加,但爆破效果明显提高,所产岩块大块率能够控制在2%以内,基本无根底出现,满足矿山对爆破效果的要求,产装效率得到提升,后续磨选产能得到释放,相关碎磨设备备件更换周期得到延长,能耗同比降低,矿山采选实现了较好的经济效益提升。

Abstract: An open-pit molybdenum mine bench blasting are poor rock-breaking effect,blasting effect is not ideal,large pieces of phenomenon happens,along the wall,foundation,shovel loading efficiency is low,the subsequent grinding equipment efficiency and capacity release,optimum blasting parameters is obtained in this paper,through the BP neural network arithmetic,after the adjustment final hole net parameter and explosive area of 6 m×4 m,and medium difficulty blasting network parameters for 5 m×4 m.Study results show that the optimization of blasting parameters after although before the specific charge is a little increase,but obviously improve the blasting effect,rock from the large rate can be controlled within 2%,basic no root,meet the requirements of mine on the blasting effect,production efficiency is improved,the follow-up production release,relevant broken grinding equipment spare parts replacement cycle extended,energy consumption is reduced,compared to the mine selecting achieved good economic benefit.
