西石门铁矿破碎、松软岩体掘进技术研究

摘要: 西石门铁矿80 m水平中北运输巷是该矿北采区矿岩运输至矿主系统的唯一通道。该运输巷位于马河矿柱段,由于受民采破坏影响,巷道变形严重,为此该矿重新施工一绕道,但需经过破碎、松软岩体等围岩极不稳定地带。基于松动圈支护理论,采取了喷浆加固松动圈、超前插杆制造人工假顶、人工微振动开挖、紧跟金属拱架支护、挂网喷浆支护五重组合掘支一体化施工方案,提高了对围岩支护的及时性,控制了巷道变形,保证了绕道顺利贯通,同时也为相似围岩条件下巷道掘进施工提供了新方法。

Abstract: The 80 m level north-middle transport roadway in Xishimen Iron Mine is the only way to transport rock from the north mining area to the main system of the mine.The transport roadway is located in the pillar section of Mahe Mine.Due to the influence of mining damage,the deformation of the roadway is serious.Therefore,the mine has to reconstruct a bypass,but it needs to pass through the extremely unstable zone of surrounding rock such as broken and soft rock mass.Based on the support theory of loosening ring,this paper adopts the construction scheme of five combined excavation and support technologies,i.e.guniting reinforcement loosening ring,advanced inserting rod manufacturing artificial roof,artificial micro-vibration excavation,closely following metal arch support and hanging net shotcrete support,to improve the timeliness of surrounding rock support,control the deformation of roadway,ensure smooth passage of bypass,and at the same time,under similar surrounding rock conditions.Tunneling provides a new construction method.
