顶板定向长钻孔全孔下筛管技术的应用

摘要: 为解决李雅庄煤矿复杂地质条件顶板定向长距离钻孔塌孔严重、瓦斯抽采浓度低且流量小的问题,根据煤层顶板高位定向长钻孔施工工艺及瓦斯抽采原理,开展了复杂地质条件的顶板定向长距离钻孔全孔下筛管护孔技术研究,形成了“成孔—退钻—小直径通孔—大直径扩孔—退钻—孔内下筛管—退钻”一体化全孔段下筛管技术,介绍了相关技术装备,开展了工程实践。在李雅庄煤矿典型复杂地质条件顶板的现场应用表明:该技术能实现复杂地质条件下全孔段快速下筛管,筛管下放深度达459 m,平均瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯量,分别提高5倍和10倍左右。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of serious collapse of long-distance directional drilling holes,low concentration of gas extraction and low flow rate in the roof of Liyazhuang Coal Mine under complex geological conditions,According to the construction technology of high directional long borehole and gas drainage principle of coal seam roof,the technology of screen pipe protection under full borehole of directional long borehole in roof under complex geological conditions is studied.The integrated technology of "drilling-back drilling-small diameter through hole-large diameter reaming-back drilling-down sieve tube in hole-back drilling" has been formed,the related technical equipment and engineering practice are also introduced.Field application of typical complex Geological conditions roof in Liyazhuang Coal Mine shows that:through this technology,the screen can be quickly lowered to the full hole section under complex geological conditions,the depth of the screen is up to 459 meters,and the average gas extraction concentration and pure extraction quantity can be increased by about 5 times and 10 times respectively.
