摘要 掘进岩石是矿山主要废料,李楼铁矿具有年掘进岩石量大、排岩困难而且成本高等特点。结合李楼铁矿现有开拓采准工程及设备设施状况,提出了可行的排岩方案。经过分析对比,得出3#主系统排岩、联合副井排岩和空区排岩3种重点方案。结合未来3 a计划,对3种重点方案进行优缺点对比,最终确定以空区排岩为主,联合副井和3#主系统排岩为辅的排岩方案,并详细介绍实施过程,提出斜溜槽(井)钻孔方案、施工流程、爆破参数以及排岩车档设计参数,保证人员及设备在安全地带作业,提高了空区排岩的安全性。通过空区排岩,可增效50.74元/t,年节约资金近千万,经济效益十分明显,同时也减少了地表土地的占用,具有一定的社会效益,为类似超大型矿山开采提出参考。

Abstract: Excavated rock is the main waste in a mine.Lilou Iron Mine has the characteristics of large amount of rock excavation,difficult rock drainage and high cost.Based on the current development and mining engineering and equipment and facilities in the mine,a feasible scheme of rock drainage is proposed.Trough analysis and comparison,three key schemes of 3# main system drainage,combined auxiliary well drainage and goaf drainage are obtained.Combined with the plan for the next three years,the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes are compared.The rock drainage plan is determined,which is dominated by the drainage of empty area and supplemented by the drainage of auxiliary well and 3# main system.The implementation process is introduced in detail,and the drilling scheme of inclined chute (well),construction process,blasting parameters and design parameters for rock drainage truck blocking are discussed,so as to ensure the personnel and equipment working in safe areas and improve the safety of goaf rock drainage.Through goaf rock drainage,50.74 yuan/t can be increased,and the annual capital saving is close to 10 million yuan.The economic benefits are very obvious,and the occupation of surface land is also reduced,the social benefits are good,which can provide reference for similar super-large mines.
