铝土矿企业生产效率与绿色矿山建设指标体系耦合协调度分析——以中铝广西分公司为例

摘要: 随着国家生态文明建设工作的深入推进,发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山、保护矿产资源成了矿产资源管理部门和矿山企业的共同责任。利用耦合度模型,以中铝广西分公司为例,研究了矿山企业生产效率水平与绿色矿山建设指标体系之间的耦合协调程度。研究结果表明:利用耦合协调度模型可以较好地评价二者的耦合协调与相互关系,有助于矿山管理部门开展绿色矿山建设质量评价等工作,并有助于进一步提升绿色矿山建设水平。

Abstract: With the deepening of the national ecological civilization construction work, the development of green mining, the construction of green mines and the protection of mineral resources have become the common responsibility of the mineral resources management departments and mining enterprises. In this paper, the coupling degree model is used to study the coupling and coordination degree between the production efficiency level and the green mine construction index system, taking the Guangxi branch of China Aluminum Company as an example. The results show that the coupling coordination model can be used to better evaluate the coupling coordination and relationship between them. It is helpful for the mine management department to carry out the quality evaluation of green mine construction and to further improve the level of green mine construction.
