摘要 针对现有瓦斯含量测定过程中存在问题进行了分析,研制出了反循环定点快速取样装置,该装置包括取样钻头、双套管钻杆、双通道汽水龙头、煤样收集装置等。装置采用端头杆一端与取样钻头相连,另一端与双套管钻杆连接;通过钻机驱动双壁钻杆带动取样钻头旋转产生煤渣,利用压风在钻孔底形成压风涡流,将煤样带入双壁钻杆内管吹出进入采样装置。同时利用CHP50M煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪对收集的煤样进行测定,通过对煤层瓦斯含量测定进行优化的现场应用结果表明:取样时间小于3 min,取样深度大于100 m,取样成功后3~5 min后立刻得到煤层瓦斯含量结果,优化了煤层瓦斯含量测定方法。

Abstract: Against problems existing in gas content measurement process are analyzed, and developed a reverse circulation fixed-point fast sampling device, the device includes sampling drill, double casing pipe and double channel soda bibcock, coal sample collection device, etc. Device adopts end are connected to the sampling drill rod end at the other end connected to the double casing pipe, through the coal produced by the rotation of drill rig drive double-wall drill pipe sampling, use of compressed air at the end of drilling formation pressure wind vortex, will blow out coal sample into the double-wall drill pipe inner tube into the sampling device. Meanwhile CHP50M coal seam gas content detector was used to collect the coal sample were measured, through the study of the optimization of coal bed gas content measurement of the field application results show that the sampling time is less than 3 min, sampling depth is more than 100 m, immediately after the success of the sample after 3~5 min to get coal bed gas content as a result.
