摘要: 针对梅山铁矿尾矿浆高浓度长距离输送的安全稳定性问题,分别通过清水试验、环管试验对尾矿物理特性及管道输送参数进行了研究。研究得到了梅山铁尾矿浆长距离高浓度输送的规律以及经济、安全的输送浓度及流速;得出在合适的运行参数下,可实现尾矿浆的高浓度长距离安全经济的输送。

关键词: 物理特性, 环管检测, 临界过渡流速

Abstract: Aiming at the security and stability problems of Meishan iron mine tailings transportation with high concentration and long distance,the tailings physical properties and pipeline transportation parameters were researched via clear water experiment and loop-pipe experiment.The law of Meishan iron mine tailings transportation with high concentration and long distance,the safe transportation concentration and flow velocity were obtained.Under the appropriate operation parameters,safe and economic tailings pulp transportation with high concentration and long distance could be realized.
