河南省桐柏县银洞坡金矿通风系统优化

摘要: 银洞坡金矿由于受到采空区漏风影响,通风系统可靠性较差,导致东风井地表主扇无法发挥系统总回风的作用,作业采区风流反向,生产中段空压机硐室散热造成局部区域高温,井下热风及采区污风无法沿设定路线排出地表。通过采用多机站风压平衡、机站优化设计、风机优选等综合技术对该矿通风系统进行优化改造,解决了采空区大量漏风、小高尖竖井出风、井下空压机硐室热源污染生产中段等问题,形成了安全稳定运行的矿井通风系统。

Abstract: Due to the influence of goaf air leakage of Yindongpo Gold Mine,the ventilation system stability is not reliable,therefore,the main surface fan of the east air shaft cannot effectively play the role of total return air of the ventilation system,the operation air flow direction is reversed,the heat dissipation of air compressor chamber in the middle production section results in local high temperature,the underground hot air and waste air cannot be discharged to the surface along the setting route.In order to solve the above problems in the ventilation system,based on the integrated optimization techniques of multiple station air pressure balance,optimum design of machine station and fan selection,the problems such as a large quantity of air leakage in goaf,Xiaogaojian shaft ventilation and production sections polluted by the heat source of underground air compressor chamber are solved effectively.
