摘要 河津腾晖煤业2-105综放工作面在采用U型通风方式的前提下,通过综合采用本煤层瓦斯预抽、高位裂隙孔抽采以及“以孔代巷”抽采技术,解决回采工作面以往采用U+L型通风方式时所面临的横贯启封、密闭等技术与操作难题。实践表明:综合抽采技术的应用,不仅减少了巷道掘进量,而且通过对工作面采空区进行低负压、大流量抽采,可大幅度降低工作面采空区瓦斯在上隅角积聚,与其他瓦斯综合抽采技术相比,“以孔代巷”抽采技术具有较好的经济效益和应用前景。

Abstract: U-type ventilation method is used in 2-105 fully comprehensive caving working face in Hejin Tenghui Coal Industry,through the applicaiton of coal seam gas pre-drainage,extraction method by high location fissure boreholes and the "long-hole instead of roadway" gas extraction technique,so as to solve the operational and technical and difficulties of cross openning and sealing by using U+L ventilation method of the stoping working face.The practice resutls show that applicaiton of the integrated gas extration technique is not only reduce the roadway excavation,but also help for effectively reducing gas accumulation in the upper cornor of working face goaf under the gas extration operation with low negative pressure and large flow,compared with the other integrated gas extraction methods,the application prospective and economic benefits of "long-hole instead of roadway" gas extraction technique are both good.
