安徽铜陵冬瓜山铜矿深孔爆破采场破顶率提高措施

Improving Measures of Stope Roof Failure Rate by Deep Hole Blasting of Dongguashan Copper Mine in Tongling City,Anhui Province

摘要: 目前冬瓜山铜矿采用大直径深孔嗣后充填采矿法生产,采场破顶效果差,采矿损失率急剧增加。通过调查论证,分析了该矿采场破顶率低的原因,认为该矿采场破顶过程中存在槽孔布置形式欠妥、起爆雷管段别多、孔口堵塞预留长度小等问题。通过选择合理的槽孔布置形式、调整槽孔装药结构、减少起爆雷管段别等综合技术措施,使得采场破顶率由93.7%提高至98.9%左右,成效显著,对于类似矿山也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: At present,large-dimater deep hole backfilling mining method is adopted in Dongguashan Copper Mine,the stope roof failure effects is not satisfactory,mining loss rate increases sharply.Through investigation,the causes of low stope roof failure rate of the mine is discussed.The results show that the problems such as poor hole layout,overmuch detonator segments and shorter of the reserved length of blasting holes orifice are existed in the process of stope roof failure by hole blasting technique.Besides that,the corresponding technical measures for improving stope roof failure rate is proposed by selecting the reasonable layout of blasting holes,adjucting charging structure of blasting holes and reducing detonator segments.The application results of the above technical measures show that the stope roof failure rate is improved from 93.7% to 98.9%,the parctice results is statisfactory,which can provide reliable for the similar mines.
