摘要 为对弓长岭露天矿独木采区山坡转深凹露天开采过渡开采境界方案进行优化,通过建立采场地形数据库、钻孔数据库、优化初始模型进行断面优化步长评估与计算,计算出了各个断面步长的导数,进而根据导数给出总体优化步长,进行总体优化迭代计算,从而确定了总体最优方案。采用MATLAB软件编写了适用于独木采区的开采境界优化软件,通过优化计算,得到了新的优化境界,净增加高级别矿量0.188 3亿t,净利润提高了5.156 4亿元,矿山服务年限提高了约7.5 a。

Abstract: In view of the optimization scheme of the transition mining boundary from slope mining to deep and deep concave open-pit mining in Dumu Mining Area,the evaluation and calculation of the optimization step length of the cross section are carried out through the establishment of stope terrain database,drilling database and optimized initial model,derivative of the step length of each section is calculated,and the overall optimization step is given,so as conduct the overall optimization for iterative calculations and determine the overall optimal scheme.Based on the above study results and MATLAB software,the mining boundary optimization software of Dumu Mining Area is compiled.Through optimization calculation,the new optimization mining boundary is obtained,about 0.188 3×108 t mineral resources with high grade is increased,and the net profit is raised by 5.156 4 ×108 yuan,besides that,the mine serive time is increased by 7.5 a.
