某难选铜铅锌多金属硫铁矿选矿试验

摘要: 以某铜铅锌复杂难选多金属硫铁矿为研究对象,在对该矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了大量的探索试验研究。试验结果表明:采用铜、铅、锌、硫依次优先浮选,锌精选时采用浮—磁联合工艺流程,在原矿含铜为0.18%、含铅为0.27%、含锌为1.45%、含硫为14.09%的情况下,闭路试验可获得含铜10.68%、铜回收率为41.65%的铜精矿,含铅42.88%、铅回收率为80.04%的铅精矿,含锌42.04%、锌回收率为84.11%的锌精矿,含硫40.21%、硫回收率为62.64%的硫精矿,实现了该多金属硫铁矿的综合利用。 

Abstract: Taking a copper-lead-zinc complex refractory polymetallic pyrite ore as a study object,on the basis the ore study process mineralogy,a large number of exploration experiments were carried out. The results showed that under the condition of raw ore containing Cu 0.18%,Pb 0.27%,Zn 1.45%,S 14.09%,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 10.68% and recovery rate of 41.65%,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 42.88% and recovery rate of 80.04%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 42.04% and recovery rate of 84.11%,and sulfur concentrate with S grade of 40.21% and recovery rate of 62.64%,via copper,lead,zinc and sulfur preferential flotation closed circuit test in which Zn cleaning with flotation-magnetic separation combined flowsheet,and the comprehensive utilization of the ore was realized.
