新疆某混合铅锌矿浮选试验

摘要: 新疆某混合铅锌矿铅、锌品位分别为5.67%、8.50%,矿石氧化率高,以硫化矿形式存在的铅、锌分别占76.01%、61.66%,且有用矿物嵌布关系复杂,单体解离困难。为确定适宜的选矿工艺流程,分别采用全混合浮选和部分混合浮选原则流程进行试验。结果表明:部分混合浮选流程指标较全混合浮选流程要好;原矿经磨矿(-0.074mm70%)—1粗2精2扫闭路流程处理,可获得铅品位22.04%、锌品位为23.85%,铅回收率71.56%、锌回收率52.39%的铅锌混合精矿

Abstract: There are 5.67% lead and 8.50% zinc in a mixed lead and zinc ore in Xinjiang.The ore has a high oxidation rate,and lead sulfide accounted for 76.01% of total lead,zinc sulfide accounted for 61.66% of total zinc.The useful minerals have complex dissemination,which liberate difficultly.To determine the appropriate beneficiation process,full bulk flotation and partial bulk flotation principle flow test were carried out.The results show that the index of partial bulk flotation is better than that of full bulk flotation process.The lead and zinc bulk concentrate with grade of 22.04% lead and 23.85% zinc,recovery of 71.56% lead and 52.39% zinc were obtained, via grinding (-0.074 mm 70%)one roughingtwo cleaningstwo scavenging closed flotation process.
