贵州某胶磷矿反浮选试验

摘要: 贵州某胶磷矿P2O5品位24.66%,MgO含量较高,主要矿物为胶磷矿和白云石。为高效回收该矿石中的磷,采用单一浮选法进行试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074mm74.76%的条件下,以阴离子型药剂OSS作捕收剂、磷酸作调整剂,进行1粗1精闭路试验,可获得磷精矿P2O5品位34.68%、回收率92.61%的良好指标,动电位和吸附量测定试验也验证了反浮选流程与药剂制度的合理性。

Abstract: P2O5 grade of a collophanite ore is 24.66% in Guizhou,whose content of MgO is relatively high,collophanite and dolomite are main minerals.In order to highly efficiently recycle phosphor from the ore,experiment using single flotation was conducted.Results show that,at the grinding fineness of 74.76% passing 0.074 mm,taking anionic agent OSS as collector,taking phosphoric acid as regulator,phosphor concentrate with P2O5 grade of 34.68%,recovery of 92.61% was obtained via the closed-circuit flowsheet of one roughingone cleaning.It also verified that reverse flotation and reagent system was theoretically feasible by zeta potential experiment and adsorption capacity measurement.
