铜矿全尾砂新型胶凝材料试验

Test of the New Gelling Material with Unclassified Tailings of Copper Mine

摘要: 针对铜矿全尾砂含泥量高、颗粒细的特点,试验制备出一种通过复合激活剂激活工业废料的新型胶凝材料。充填体强度测试结果表明,充填料浆总浓度为65%时,新型胶凝材料胶砂比1∶6充填体28 d强度是水泥胶砂比1∶3充填体的1.44倍,高达3.9 MPa,新型胶凝材料胶砂比1∶8 充填体28 d强度为2.5 MPa,接近水泥胶砂比1∶3充填体强度2.7 MPa,满足矿山要求;充填料浆的沉降试验和坍落度试验结果表明,新型胶凝材料充填料浆保水性能好,流动性能满足矿山充填输送要求。新型胶凝材料具有较好的市场推广价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of high contents of mud and fine grain of the unclassified tailings of copper mine,industrial waste materials is activated by a new compound activator to produce new gelling material by test.The intensity test results of filling bodies show that when the total concentration of filling slurry is 65%,in 28 days, the intensity of the filling body of new gelling material and unclassified tailings with 1∶6 ratio is 1.44 times of the one of the filling body of cement and unclassified tailings with 1∶3 ratio,3.9 MPa. And the intensity of the filling body of new gelling material and unclassified tailings with 1∶8 ratio is 2.5 MPa, which is close to the one(2.7 MPa) of the filling body of cement and unclassified tailings with 1∶3 ratio, which is suitable to the requirement of mine filling intensity.The subsidence test results and slump test results of filling bodies show that the water retention of the new gelling material is good,the liquidity of the new gelling material can meet the requirement of mine filling conveying,therefore,the marketing value of the new gelling material is good.
